Terms & Conditions

By engaging with Alkemy Productions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure transparency, efficiency, and a high-quality working relationship.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Work will not commence until the deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the product. Final content will be released only after full payment is received.

  • All payments are to be made via the methods provided on our invoice.

2. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is up to 7 working days, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

  • We will communicate timelines clearly before the project begins.

  • Rush orders (required within 48 hours) will incur an additional expedited fee. This will be discussed and agreed upon before work starts.

3. Project Requirements

  • Clients must provide a detailed brief or synopsis for each job. This ensures clarity and alignment from the outset.

  • Changes requested outside of the original scope may be subject to additional charges and adjusted timelines.

4. Revisions

  • Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Extra revisions may incur additional costs.

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

5. Usage Rights

  • Final content may be used by Alkemy Productions for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients receive commercial usage rights upon full payment unless stated otherwise in a custom agreement.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the project start date may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to no refund

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled production.

7. Force Majeure

Alkemy Productions is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, illness).
